COVID-19 status update
When scheduling appointments we are taking the following additional procedures to increase hygiene and safety when attending to services / installations / repairs:
What we require from you:

Confirm that you or anyone residing at the address have not traveled overseas in the last 14 days

Confirm that you or anyone residing at the address are not experiencing any flu-like symptoms

Adhere to the social distancing measure of at least 1.5-meter at all times.

What we do from our side:

Minimising touching any surfaces in your home / workplace

Washing hands with antibacterial wash before starting each job – we bring our own

On your request we can wear a new pair of disposable gloves throughout the service / installation

Due to contradicting information about the efficiency and protection of wearing a facemask , we will only wear a facemask if requested by you

Using a brand new chux for every customer (this has always been standard practice)

Contact less card payment or direct deposit at time of service preferred. Please remember to maintain 1.5-meter social distancing while payments are processed
We understand if you are hesitant to allow visitors into your home / workplace at this stage. If you prefer we can supply DIY filters to be delivered by local agent for Mackay & suburbs or we can send out using Australia Post / Fastway Couriers, and we will provide detailed instruction to follow.
We are happy to help our loyal customers with free troubleshooting advice during this time. If repairs are required and you are not comfortable with booking an appointment, we can deliver / send parts with detailed email instructions on how to go about to change the parts over.
