Shipping

Local driver delivery.   For local orders (Mackay & suburbs) your local operator will deliver your order to your door. For new cooler orders we offer a FREE first time use & set-up service. Contact us or use the Book an Appointment form to schedule a date & time.   For orders outside of Mackay but within our service area,  delivery & set-up can be arranged on our next scheduled date,  alternatively shipping can be arranged if required prior.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (workdays) of receipt of order and payment. If paying by Direct deposit or Stripe please send a copy of receipt so we can process your order without delay.

Delivery will be either through Fastway Couriers or Australia Post, depending on services available to your location and the most economical option for your order.

Fastway Couriers – Fastway couriers have a national wide delivery network but do no deliver to all areas, specifically not to smaller remote areas, and they do not deliver to Po Boxes.   Fastway will not call or text you to advise when they will be delivering your item.  For smaller items we indicate Authority to Leave (ATL) on the parcel.   For larger items, a signature is required. If you are not home at the time of delivery, they will leave a note to pick up from the local depot. You can track your item here: Fastway Courier Tracking

Australia Post – standard postage will be used except if you request Express post.  No signature required on smaller items, for larger items a signature is required.  If no one home at time of delivery, they will leave a not to pick up from your local post office.
