Warranty & Returns

We offer a 2-year warranty on the compressor, and a 12-month warranty on all other parts.  If you are experiencing any trouble, please contact us to troubleshoot and provide advise to resolve the matter.  We also have a nationwide dealer network available that can attend to any repairs required while still under warranty as well as out of warranty period at a charge.

We offer 14 days no questions asked purchase warranty.  If you are not completely satisfied with your water cooler purchase, you maty return it to Awesome Water Mackay within 14 days of your purchase.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping expense.  Please contact customer service on 0401 441 291 prior to returning your product to discuss the reasons and procedures for return.   Please have the serial number located on the back of the water cooler available at the time of your call.  An authorisation to return number will be issued.  No returns can be accepted without wit out obtaining this number first.  Refunds / Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned goods.  

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in the original packaging.

 

If your cooler is damaged on receipt or not operating properly – please contact customer service first to troubleshoot the problem. If it is determined to be defective, we will provide you with shipping details to return the product at our expense.  A refund or exchange will be arranged on receipt of the returned goods.

 

We have a credit or exchange policy applicable on 8stage KDF filters, subject to return within 30 days of purchase, only if damaged or defective.
