As of July 2013,  Awesome Water no longer operates on a Franchise basis - we are totally independent and fully locally owned.

​Awesome Water started as a Franchise on 2004, and established a nationwide network of operators and a customer base all over Australia.  With the disintegration of the Franchise in 2013, most operators choose to continue operating and are still doing so.

It is for this reason, when searching for us on google, you will find a few websites with the name "awesome water".  To ensure you order from us – your LOCAL operator – make sure you select the website with “mackay” in the title – www.awesomewatermackay.com

For you the customer nothing much have changed since going independent. We are able to keep on supplying you with the exact same coolers and filters, as well as provide you with services,  any spare parts or repairs on your machine.  We will continue to honour the warranties as per agreement.
