Ezidebit failed payments information
If a payment is missed, the system will automatically schedule it to be processed with the next payment due. If preferred, missed payments can be paid into our bank account: Westpac BSB 034179 Acc 173280

Please confirm payments made by text or email so we can adjust the Ezidebit double payment schedule. Please contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements to pay these outstanding amounts.
To avoid extra costs, it is important to ensure money available in your account on the selected debit date. A dishonour fee of $21.90 is payable to Ezidebit on all dishonoured transactions. This will be debited within 3-4 days after notification of the dishonoured payment has been received back from the bank, and will continue to be requested until payment has been received.
If any of your bank details have changed, or we need to change the scheduled date for deduction – please get in touch with us asap to make alternative arrangements.
Payments can be processed from 5am daily, so if you pay comes in later through the day, please select the next day for your payment schedule.
