SERVICE APPOINTMENTS - in-home and at business premisis:
What we require from you:

Confirm that you or anyone residing at the address have not traveled overseas in the last 30 days

Confirm that you or anyone residing at the address are not experiencing any flu-like symptoms

Adhere to the social distancing measure of at least 1.5-meter at all times.

If you prefer the unit can be left outside, but we will require access to water (and power if repair is required)
What we do from our side:

Minimising touching any surfaces in your home / workplace

Washing hands with antibacterial wash before starting each job – we bring our own

On your request we can wear surgical gloves throughout the service / installation

Using a brand new chux for every customer (this has always been standard practice)

Due to contradicting information about the efficiency and protection of wearing a facemask , we will only wear a facemask if requested by you

Contact less card payment only or direct deposit at time of service preferred. Please remember to maintain 1.5-meter social distancing while payments are processed
