  • Filter change need to be ordered / booked every 6 months as per recommended schedule

  • A grace period of 4 weeks after the due date will be allowed.

  • If a customer is away for a period of time and his/her filter is due within this time,  they need to inform Awesome Water Mackay on 6 months (when they receive their reminder text/email) that they are away, and when they will be back to attend to the filter change.

  • The past 12 months filter change history will be taken into account when any repairs are needed, to qualify for $0 repair / maintenance charges.

  • The past 24 months filter change history will be taken into account when discount for machines not repairable is calculated.

  • Only applicable to residential customers as we automatically service business customers, no need to book in.

  • Only available to customers within our service area
