If repairs are required we can deliver / send parts with detailed email instructions on how to go about to change the parts over. If further assistance is needed Facetime video calling can be used.
Customers who have purchased their cooler through Awesome Water Mackay and have had it for less than 6 months, meaning they have not had a need for the 6 monthly filter change since purchase.
All other customers who have purchased a filter through Awesome Water Mackay over the past 12 months.
We are happy to help all other customers but a flat-rate of $20 consultation fee will apply, payable before troubleshooting assistance can be provided.
