COVID-19 conditions for attending  service requests : 

SERVICE APPOINTMENTS - in-home and at business premisis: 

What we require from you:

  • Confirm that you or anyone residing at the address have not traveled overseas in the last 30 days

  • Confirm that you or anyone residing at the address are not experiencing any flu-like symptoms

  • Adhere to the social distancing measure of at least 1.5-meter at all times. 

  • If you prefer the unit can be left outside, but we will require access to water (and power if repair is required)

 

What we do from our side:

  • Minimising touching any surfaces in your home / workplace

  • Washing hands with antibacterial wash before starting each job – we bring our own

  • On your request we can wear surgical gloves throughout the service / installation

  • Using a brand new chux for every customer (this has always been standard practice)

  • Due to contradicting information about the efficiency and protection of wearing a facemask , we will only wear a facemask if requested by you

  • Contact less card payment only or direct deposit at time of service preferred.   Please remember to maintain 1.5-meter social distancing while payments are processed
