Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is: Awesome Water Mackay (ABN 82 748 939 300) whose registered office is at 9 Dapplewood Close, Andergrove, Mackay

2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network.

3. The competition is open to residents of Mackay and the surrounding service area of the promotor, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Awesome Water Mackay and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. Multiple entries are allowed, each entry will mean an additional chance to win.

6. Closing date for entry will be 15 February 2018. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

9. The rules on how to enter and qualify for the competition are as follows:

10. The prize is as follows: 

    1. Filter change and Super Service on your Awesome Water cooler valued at $85

    2. A voucher will be issues valid for 12 months. 

    3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

    4. The prize is not transferrable.

11. Winners will be chosen at on a lucky draw basis and announced on 16 February 2018 from all entries received.

12. The winner will be notified by announcement on the Promotor’s Facebook Page & Group as well as by Facebook Private Message. 

13. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Queensland law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

21. Awesome Water Mackay reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
